Dashboard

The Dashboard is an admin-only monthly profit report. It compares invoice revenue, employee payouts, expenses, and profit for a selected year.

Choosing a Year

Go to Dashboard and use the year filter. The list includes the current year and any year that has invoice, payout, or expense data.

Columns

  • Month - the month being reported
  • Revenue - invoice totals by issue date
  • Payouts - employee payouts recorded for that month
  • Expenses - actual expenses recorded for that month
  • Profit - revenue minus payouts minus expenses

Revenue and expenses can be recorded in multiple currencies. The table shows the original currency totals and an approximate value converted to RSD, the local reporting currency.

How Profit Is Calculated

For each month:

profit = revenue - payouts - expenses

Revenue comes from invoices with issue dates in that month. Payouts come from employee payout records for that month. Expenses come from actual expense records by expense date. Recurring expenses are not counted until an actual expense is recorded from them.
